• Orders are processed within 3-5 days and sent via USPS First Class Mail with tracking. Orders are sent out Monday - Friday.
• Your package should arrive within 5-7 days. For made to order items please allow an additional 5-7 days to processing time.
• Shipping may vary in time during peak seasons (i.e Christmas).
• Shipping only within the US

• Contact within 14 days of delivery.
• Leave your name, order number, and reason for return. Your request will be reviewed and will be given further instructions for your return.
• Ship items back via USPS Priority Mail after the return is accepted. Must provide tracking information.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Once return is received and approved, a notification will be send that your refund has been processed and you will see that reflected in your account within 5-7 business days.

• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. 
• Items must still have original packaging where applicable.
